massive 3000.1 blown?

my friend just bought a refurbished massive 3000.1 and it was working fine. He has 3 15" kicker cvrs, while we were driving he turned it up and the bass stopped working well i looked back and the light on top was flashing and the voltage meter on his truck was all the way down to 9 volts and we tried it in my truck and it did the same thing. well come to find out one his cvrs that he bought and never took out the boxe is 2 ohm and the other two are 4 ohm.

so do you ll think the amp is blown
