It's the double-standard. I'm not married (yet), but my girl is the same way. I say, "I think (insert random hot actress/singer/female in general), and I get the look. But, if she says something to the same regard (about a male equivalent), it's perfectly fine.

true. I'm married as well and alot has been revealed as to why they are insecure in the last year. Some of it is because of their past (cheated on, someone called them ugly in middle school, daddy didn't love them, etc.). Some of it is paranoia that she isn't a good wife and lover. You gotta boost her self-esteem and then she won't be like that.
