guy was sleeping in his back yard (on a hammock i suppose)... police dog leaps over fence , bites the shit out of him, latches onto his arm,

man obviously trys to beat the shit out of dog only to find 3 police officers burst through his fence and proceed to beat the shit out of him, while the dog was all the while still biting the man... hes then handcuffed and arrested...

get this, this is the best part

this all happend because the police were chasing after a fake report of a moped being driven with no headlights and the driver wasent wearing a helmet , the officer who sent the fake report was actually the man who had been operating the vehicle illegally

story and sources: its pretty long though... but a good read... the happy ending is the guy got over a million bucks and most if not all of the officers involved got in pretty big trouble

Now I do find this to be intersting and all but I have to agree with nG that the number of news reports making it on here has greatly increased lately. 99.9% of the time its already on msn.com front page, on the radio, and on the television.
