I make wings for the wife and I at least one night a week...usually more. I fry them ***** in the deep fryer. I like mine with Valentina hot sauce. The butter helps everything stick btw. For the wife I do garlic parmesean. I toss them in a little melted butter then sprinkle with parmesean and garlic powder. Last night I did the same thing just with sliced up chicken breast....good stuff.
