again, i didnt come here accusing anyone of messing it up, but i know how to hook up an amp and i would have no problem admitting that i messed up the amp if i did it myself, and i definately wouldnt take a screwdriver to it like the jackass is trying to claim

my 75.1 and my 200.1 work just fine and have no problems with going into protect.

not that it matters now, but i really think the seller sent me a messed up amp. guy he got it from said it was unsed, but seller said it was used for 5 days but he said he never took it out of the box so he would never know it didnt work. who used it for the 5 days then man? i think you just needed to get rid of this and make some money to get a new amp. once you got your money it wasnt your fault if the amp didnt work.

You said you were done, but you keep talking about it, for starters you said your amps have no problem going into protect? Your amps shouldnt go into protect thats obvious, so please tell us why do your amps go into protect? Also I sold 2 amps what are you not understanding about that? Because your still trying to pass blame on me, everyone that has read OUR pms and this thread have seen the numerous times I tried to assit you in solving the problem, you never agreeded to anything nor would you give your number, so there was nothing I could do for you, and the fact that you want NOTHING but money obviously proves you were out to get money an thats it, because 3 people have no told you we can help you get a new amp or that one fixed, but you havnt replied to anyone of those people, and lastly you said you were done with this and you said thanks for the paper weight, with that being said you on your own word agree that this deal is final and nothing more will be done......SO here is the simple cure, stop talking and posting about it in this thread (the same thing I said on the last page that you didnt seem to understand) its your word thats what I went off, and lastly if your 23 years old then you still have alot of growing up to do, because you have been nothing but defensive and rude to pass name calling upon me for no reason, that alone proves guilt, people blame others for their mistakes on a daily basis, this is your spot where you have succeded in doing so, I told you before if you want to blame me, then do so, but dont moan and groan after I have tried to help you for 2 days, multiple posts, and mutiple pms. As you said ITS OVER via your pm. Let it die then.

im not going to waste my time with you sending it back because anyone can just go and sell a ****ed up amp and try to say its not there problem. you got your money and thats all you cared about. im asking for nothing from you. there is no need to make a call, i gave you my email address and we could have talked through there.

if an amp is shipped with zero padding its very likely to get phuked up.

didnt bother reading the next six pages....if you're lucky its only that cap that needs to be replaced. if so then thats easy as hell. find the right size cap, order it for like 20 bucks shipped from india, solder that ***** on urself. i fixed a 16-mc1000d with the same problem 2 years ago. while ur at it find out wtf the sellers problem is. thats definitly not shipping damage even though it lacked sufficent packaging.....

it looks liek that cap got physically damaged from over heating. AKA abuse. when it gets hot enough it looses structural inegrity and warps. ussually itll be puffed outwards but in some cases it can be like that and warp inwards (metal can do funny things when heaed enough to get flexible)....however if the buyer doesnt cooperate with the seller to help make things right, that just complicates the situation......

i say bunk amp and bunk seller, but thats just my opinion

if an amp is going in and outa protect then u ****ed up ur install son (or u bought a messed up amp). amps dont normally go in and outa protect unless something is WRONG. as far as that cap goes, it looks easily repairable.

just because ur install sucks and ur amp goes ina and out of protect when it shouldnt, doesnt mean that its ok when someone recieves and amp with ****ed up internals...... but hey thats just me

if you havent seen my install, dont judge it man. i installed everything fine, and it hasnt done it since winter, so im not complaining. a terminal could be loose in the amp somewhere, i dunno, i havent opened it up, but i can assure you my install does not ****

well thank you guys, atleast a few of you are sticking up for me. i know for **** sure if i would have sent my 200.1 that you wanted, in a box like that and it got to you with the problems im having, you would want to talk to me, not have me trying to tell you to call other people and try to get it settled. they said the amp was new and never used but you used it a total of 5 days. im thinking it messed up while you were using it and tried to just get rid of it and let me take care of getting it fixed instead of you waiting an extra few weeks and fixing it yourself. but the deal is done and i dont want this guy to try to make things right, he already sent me a messed up amp, i dont want to wait and see whats next from him.
