Everyone knows thats how BOB sends his amps from ab, I got this amp from NOMAD40 (bryan) I never used this amp, I took pics of it, because it wasnt going to be enough power for my needs, odd thing is I told mazdakid probably 3 times we can talk to bob about this to get it fixed and what did he tell me. "No I dont want to wait, my dad doesnt want to wait a month, I will just make an insurance claim" I told him several times Bob would like to be in contact with him and he kept telling No your the seller its your job to handle it, well thats what I have been trying to do, but he wont give me a number to reach him at and I have all the pms saved to back this up, lastly I have pics of the amps internals and it doesnt look like that so I am unsure how bryan never used it, I never used it, but you tried it and some how its burnt in your pics, but not in bryans, and not in mine?? Im sure someone will chime in on this

dunno man.

i bought the other one, and i tested it upon arival, and it worked fine. came in the same packaging. but everything was mint in the box.

dont know what to say but the buyer has bad luck?

i get the impression that you (the buyer) are the problem here.

Like I said someone will chime in, thats how BOB (owner of american bass) SHIPS his amps, thats how he packs them, and they seem to be fine, thats how I got the amp, thats how i shipped the amp, and somehow 2 people were shipped the same amps, in the same packing, but yours doesnt work, and his does, but his was shipped a further distance, not to mention your feedback on doing this type of thing to numerous other members, Im not calling you a liar, but its odd how you told me a few things, then it changed, or you just found more stuff out? I will say it again so everyone can read.

Mazdakid give me your number so bryan (nomad40), Bob (owner of american bass) and myself can contact you so we can get you a new amp, or get this one fixed since thats what you payed for. You know as well as I do I have told you this in at least 3 emails, I see xtremebassjunky is viewing this as well and he also can chime in and let you know who bryan is, he isnt some joe smo, he was the original owner I got the amps from so of course I would involve him, since (as I told you before) if the amp didnt work and he didnt know, then sent it to me and I didnt know it didnt work, then Im not really the middle man, it means brian got it doa, then I got it doa, then you got it doa so I would involve bryan so we can let BOB know the amp was DOA so it needs to be replaced, but if your not going to give your number or anything how do you expect us to resolve this?

the only issue here is a kid who has created this problem...

those amps were fine... I almost bought one from nomad40 back when he had one...

he had a big surplus of AB amps and he didn't need these...

nomad will chime in shortly I am sure.

it's one thing to get something that doesn't work.

but another when someone of nomad's caliber and jmans, for that matter, is called out on something you did to ruin it.

i'am the one that sold jeremy the amps.

i know ALL the amps worked.i had USACI test ALL the amps for their 4 ohm power.

lol, so now its me that messed up the amp and i altered the pics? give me a break guys. i bought the amp for my dad, why would i get it and just try to mess it up and make a big hassle out of this?

if the shipping was the problem, it would be dented, cracked, parts loose, etc. usually protect mode wouldn't be from mishandling.

i have a pic that shows that it might have been dropped in shipping, i never said that couldnt be the problem. but i opened it up and saw that black mark. im sure that pic you have isnt the same exact amp that you sent me

jmanjr, but i guess it was brand new and he never used it so he wouldnt know it didnt work. has insurance on it, but if you show them the packaging im sure they wont do shit about it. guy said this is how the owner of ab sent it also

i fail to see a problem with the packaging.

the box looks fine, no damage.

also looks like someone was stabbing at the top of the top left cap

i could do that, but it shouldnt be me that has to. the seller should take care of it but hes trying to act like the middle man

he's trying to help...maybe saying that AB can fix it?

I get the impression that the damage that amp sustained with the "stabbing" couldn't be done through damage in shipping.

and nomad's pic looks a lil different than yours.
