because i really didnt think a speaker will move at ALL with out a magnet, period

It might wiggle a little bit if the bottom of the basket retains a state of temporary magnetic force. Doubtful though.

Straight answer for this guy:

Seller screwed you, the magnet is a very permanent structure on subwoofers and should not come off. You will probably not be able to align everythign properly nor will any type of glue you can buy at the consumer level work well enough to hold that magnet on. Contact the seller and make him replace the speaker.

I have the same woofer. they sound great. but my mags never fell off.

looks like some faulty glue/screws. which is all you need to put the mag back on
