As I continue to research this project, since it's summertime, I see a problem. How do I wire all of that to get 8 ohms? It has 2 DVC 8 ohms 12", 8 ohm SVC midrange, and an 8 ohm SVC tweeter. That doesn't add up to 8 ohms any way I see it, or maybe I'm just a noob. Also I'm sort of confused with the amp. If it's 500 watts rms @ 8 ohms bridged and I have all the speakers connected to each other to yield 8 ohms... wouldn't it supply a hefty load to the speakers, along with the subs, that do not require a lot of power, and therefore would blow them?

Im guessing these run off of a passive cross-over. In that case you would simply worry about each different speaker set being 8 ohms. Which seems to be the case.

Someone feel free to correct me if Im wrong.
