Ok, so I just got the email from Nick saying that pre-order is about to start. Now I'm stuck and need some opinions.

Should I keep my 2 11ov.2's and wait for the BM's (would go with 2 on the Nine.1) or just order a MAG (single) and then run that off the nine.1?

well, are you happy with teh ed's? i mean, besides all the stupid drama about ed as a company.. do you like the drivers? if so, keep em.

If it's any weight on your decision, the BM's are a ways off still. We have to do some more tooling before they become a reality.

I am pretty happy with them but I have had them for about 2 years. Wouldn't mind changing. Honestly, I will change to a new SI product this year (or early next depending on which direction I go). I want accuracy far above loud.

Yeah Ed gets lots O'drama, but honestly both my amp and subs have been very good to me. Then again, I don't beat up on my equipment at all.

Do you think a dual BM combo would sound better and be louder than a single Mag? Of course sealed in optimal boxes and running roughly the same power.

Louder, yes. Sound better, no. Double the surface area is hard to compete with given the same power and enclosure.

i dont know your income level, but with the bm's a ways off, you could surely pay the 250 now for a mag, and when the bm's come about, pick them up too?

Louder, yes. Sound better, no.

from the man himself... if you want accuracy far above loudness.. sounds as if the mag is the way to go! (and maybe save up 250 more and get a 2nd down the road if not loud enough!)

judging by how this forum works with hyped/boner products I am sure you may be able to capitalize on someone who purchased a mag solely for testing or someone who got one and it wasn't their style (yes I know, how is that even possible //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif) Think back to the days of the Fi Q boner and even the RSD comps boner and such. I plan on getting a pair of mags and don't foresee selling em shortly after but I do think a few will be making their way to the classifieds just due to the hype they are getting before they even hit US soil.

Now nick is the pre order going to open at 12am Wednesday or sometime over the course of the day lol. I need to know these things so I can order them before I get to work or if I have to wait till 6pm wednesday when I get home from work. Hope your servers are up to snuff.
