ok finished the box today..its 2.497 @ 32hz....lacks a little low end but definitely louder than previous setup in 2.0 @ 28hz in the beretta. hers some pics for starters:

One 4" port aint gonna cut it for a mag in that size box.

I'd say AT LEAST double the port area, if not more than that.

i'm in beatrice.....south of lincoln 40 miles. we got lucky as heck with the box dimensions for it to fit right. i had to take the little plastic panel off the back of the hatch lid for the sub not to hit it. thats how close it is.
