Ok so I finished up my enclosure but I accidentally made the driver hole too big by about half an inch. This caused a bit of issues when securing down the sub, the top screw hole can't really have a screw in it because it's too close to the edge, and a few other screw holes chipped the wood a bit. The sub is still secure and hasn't caused any issues, but I was thinking, is it possible to just create a double buffer wall on the front, with the correct driver hole diameter size this time, or would that cause problems? Basically thinking of having two layers of MDF on the front where the driver inserts.
My sub is a DC Level 4 15
