Ok heres the deal i am waiting on the Nightshade v2's which are suppose to be out this summer. In the mean time.... I want something to play around with I came across these of Mach 5 MJ-18m's 4sale by rashaddd. 4 the price I wanted to try them out and see what I sould meter with them b4 I purchase the nighhtshades when they become available. I was wondering has anyone thrown 1000w to one sub daily? I know rashadd has posted in his youtube video that he's putting 800 watts to the each sub. So does anyone think it's possible to put 1000w to one sub daily? From my understand if you use a smaller enclosure you can increase the power. Rashadd has each sub in about 3 cubes or a little less with 800 watts rms. If i were to buy them I will more than likely be doing a 4th order bandpass with about 1-1.5 cubes sealed and 1-1.5 cubes ported tuned @ 32hz with about 900w per sub. Could i do it without blowing the subs and possibly meter a 50? input on this is appreciated.

at what little time to takes to meter, I don't see why they wouldn't handle it.. isn't loudwhat? selling a proto nightshade v2 or proto v2 motors for cheap? why not go that route if he is.

He only has 1 proto type Nightshade v2 15. If he had 4 of them I would have snag those with the quickness. um he was also selling the Zv.2 motors for less than $200.The Zv.2's look awesome they are taking 3500d @.5 ohms daily even though they are rated @1500w rms. So I can imagine what the nightshade V.2's will take daily.

All I can do is go by what the guy says. i am not sure what amp he used.
