does anyone have any knowledge of ma audio amps. i have the m680i 200x2wrms 400x2max. would this be a good amp to push subs with, 2-12s or maybe 1-15. i've never heard any ma audio anything but i got a good deal on it.

1 12" max. that amp is not a peformer.

Don't worry about the max ratings. A 400watt RMS sub is what you'll want. I personally, would hold on to that amp for speakers/ components, and get a bigger amp for subs. Do you have any subs in mind? Or do you have a budget that you'd like to stay within?

right now i have it pushing 2-12inch sonys, i only got about 100-150 to spend on 1 sub, i figured that if i get 1 good sub it'll hit better than these **** sonys
