MA audio EHO

I have 4 sitting here. There are actually different versions. I have the signature series(Eric Harbor signed but now he is with Kinetik) which was built for SPL applications with upgraded soft parts and quad coil setup.

I would say for $100 pick it up, but try to talk him down a bit. If it is just a basic EHO they are decent but nothing crazy, but as SPLaudio said they can make some very very nice subs.

The HK series is a better sub...... HK12x2 or HK15x2 - I was sponsored by MA Audio in 2006-2008 - I know both series VERY well..
I do not like the HKs in your avatar. I was sponsored by MA/Anaba group back in 02-03 and the subs just never performed as they should have. They did ok then and still do. I just had higher expectations. There is another HK series other then yours as well.

That EHO is the " highest line " in their line up...

.. But I've done 147.6db with 2 12" HKs underpowered ( Only 1800rms @ .5ohm )

And I've yet to see an EHO do anything close... I chose to run the HKs, many others chose the EHO

... They are great subs, don't get me wrong... But just a matter of personal opinion on usage and knowledge of both lines - HK is better & cleaner... But for $100 - Yeah, get it... Beat the hell outta it, then re-cone it to something better...
