Those subs pound harder than my top of the line Audiobahn linear compression subs.

They were not desinged by Ma Audio. They were out sourced so they would have a SPL sub that would do what it said it would. The HardCore subs did a great job, but were lacking in some areas. These were there replacements and we have had nothing but good things from them. I was running AQ 15s and swapped to these and gained .3 db. Don't seem like much, but its alot when your talking that is all we changed.

They're solid quad coil subs, ive seen people with one do 153's in a spl box made for getting loud. And yes they do take what they are rated as.
