Does MA Audio make good quality amplifiers? I have heard them discussed on the forum before, and i just want to know some opinions. They are pretty cheap in price, which leads me to believe they aren't so good, and that they could lie about the numbers the amps put out. Any one have anything on them?

I'm looking at the:

HK-898

HK-1398

HK2000D

I've had like 4 hk's amps and all of 'em are rated at 14.4v
Ummm lets try that again.... Their amps are rated at 13.5v unless stated otherwise. That means they ahve amps rated at 14.4v and 13.5. Go to their website, look at all the amps. If you dont see a voltage listed, it's 13.5v. If you see a voltage.. it's not 13.5v, it is whatever is listed. I got this info from Erik Harbour, who runs tech support for Anaba. FWIW, all thier Class X monoblocks are rated at 14.4v and 17v. The rest of their amps (A/B, High Current and ClassT) are rated at 13.5v. If you dont beleive me, contact Anaba directly and ask.
