where should this be set, i been messining around wit this and i really dont notice any difference in my sub, i been messining around between 70 and 100

You set it to whatever sounds best. This isn't a question that can be answered over the internet, as the setting that sounds best is dependent upon your setup, your vehicle, your install, your listening preference, etc. Generally it should be set between approximately 50hz and 85hz in most installs. But sometimes settings as high as 90hz will work. As I said...it all depends.
