Lowest interest CC

I'm about to get my first cc and was wondering which one to get. I'm looking for one with no annual fees and the lowest interest rate possible. Also, a 0 % introductory rate is a must. Links are helpful if you have any. Thanks!

Capital One. I have a platinum, but I don't think you can get a platinum if you are just starting off.

9.9%apr is the best i ever had. it was from bank of america. all i did was open a savings account with them and they sent me the offer.

most of my cc banks won't go under 14.9% but i keep them around anyhow.

capitol one was the only card i ever had that would not drop the annual fee so i dropped them and won't go back. i actually try to turn people away from them. now that i think of it...don't get a capitol one cc.

If you are related to someone in the military (or if your in the military), you can get a card from Pentagon Federal Credit Union. Theyre rate is 8.99%, thats the lowest ive seen. Im not sure if they have any 0% intro rate deals though. go to PenFed.org

not true. my first CC was a platinum and my parents didnt cosign. but of course my credit limit started at $200

True. I wasn't thinking about credit limit, which starts very low.
