Lowes cant read a tape measure

Tell the guy you'll give him a dollar if he cuts it properly.

Also tell him if he doesn't cut it EXACT you'll **** the shit out of his wife.

Tell him.. "When you come home tonight.. Shit will be all over your kitchen floor and your wife won't be able to walk.."

Trust me he's not going to want to clean that mess up..

I've never had a problem.. Only a ***** cuts their own wood..

Must be where all you fegs live out west //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

The people here at home depot are awesome to me. I always come in with a cut-sheet with a diagram ready for them so there's no confusion. I usually add 1/2" to each dimension and then finish cut at home. I do all the measurements and calculating for them and just ask them to get as close to possible on the line I mark. I was in a hurry once to put a box together and gave them the exact dimensions and they actually made precision cuts. Put the box together for a friend in like 2 hours and had minor edges to trim with a router and it was a done deal. I always try and tip the guys there and they refuse and don't even charge me for the numerous cuts.

Before anyone busts my balls, I've got a table saw thank you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif it's just that my Honda wasn't engineered to carry 4'x8' sheets of MDF so I cut it down to roughly the size I need, take it home, finish cut it, and then assemble. So far, it's made my life and the home depot employees' lives pretty easy.

If I've got any advice, come prepared... and be nice. I've never had any mis-cuts (well except for that one time I ****ed up and measured wrong... but the dude went and got a brand new sheet and didn't even charge me)

Why even bother using his wife as collateral. Cut out the middle man. Just issue that threat to him. Just roll up in there like own the place... and then grab a sheet of MDF. Sit there and wait for the guy to take the MDF to the saw (no don't do it yourself, that would defeat the purpose) and then politely tell him, "Now you listen here boi, one of two things is going to get ripped, this piece of MDF right hurr, or your *******. YOU Make the decision, cuz these cuts better be straight or you won't be..."

I dare you to get bad service after that piece of advice.

I had bad luck with a guy at lowes once...Some fat **** who looked like chris farley was doing about 12 cuts on a 97x49 piece of MDF for me so i could throw together 2 boxes. The whole time he was cutting he was steadily complaining about the dust and having a cold and shit, i even offered to buy him a dust mask. When he was done i measured them and one was off by 3 inches, i told him to go **** himself. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
