With gas prices being so high (yes I know they are coming back down) would you support a Lower National Speed Limit on highways, most likely it would be 55mph?
Poll is for the speed you think our highways should be limited at and please respond why.

Personally I think 65mph is fine and I tend to go over that alot (escort 8500 x50 ftw).

With all the idiots on the road lowering the speed limit wouldn't be the worst idea, but for the majority of people who can drive it would be a ****ing joke.

At 75mph I can break 26mpg in my car in 6th gear, lowering the speed limit would just piss me off, waste my time, and save me no gas.
