What program do you use? Auto-CAD?

Some of the old stuff is in Auto-CAD, but we use AutoDesk Inventor. Solid modeling is so much better and easier than 2D drawings.

Thats cool I do drafting/engineering for Verizon we use MircoStation practically the same as Auto-CAD slight differences

In all honesty, they're looking for another drafter. One of our guys quite at Thanksgiving and we've got a huge back load of stuff. Our lead time right now is over a year.

True. Today is kind of a cleanup, finish up day and I'm at a good stopping point with my stuff. Still got a bit to do and can keep busy though.

They're looking for people with a solid modeling background. That's pretty much all we use now.
