love/hate UPS Man (pics)

How is that wiring compared to other brands of 1/0 ?
well considering ive only seen two other brands,(kicker&stinger) it is real 1/0gauge and i would rate it a 9/10 for size and deff. for the price. Only $57 for the whole kit.

so after many long hours and cold nights, I have most of the system done. The box was finished yesterday and the sub was put to the tahoe test. ****! it bumps! I love it and i am very very pleased with the 9500. Right now i have the gain at a little more than half. The sub is wired to 2ohms at 1500w rms and i have yet to put bass boost to max yet. Ill have some pics and videos up in about 3 hours.

So all that hard work and you wanna blow the sub out by adding distortion with the bass boost? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Looks good.
For the record, who makes MTX subs?

Does Mitek have their own buildhouse?
all i know mtx builds their amps in Phoenix AZ. subs somehwere else.
I can tell you exactly where the amps come from....

The PCB's are exported from Port of Yantian, China

Some of the Capacitors are exported from Hong Kong

There's also some amp componets that come out of the Busan port in Korea too.

Some thunder amps are exported from Chennai, India.

TC6004 amps export hella cheap from Shenzhen, China.

The wierd thing is that I didn't see anything about where the subs are made. I think they must be made in AZ.

Alright heres what yall have been waiting for. Not the best video in the world, but as you can see in the reflection, its from one of my DSLR's and not a video camera. I hate how it sounds sooo bad on the video, but so f'ing good in real life. And image stabilizer was on:rolleyes: lol whoops so the sub looks kinda funny and you cant really see the full movement on the inside video but gives ya and idea of what 1 9500 can do. I know alot of you guys are not Mtx fans but hopefully my video will change your mind:p:

looks nice.

couple suggestions.

1) clean up thoes wires at the fuse, batt, and by the amp

2) dont turn up that bass boost too much, or you'll make too much distortion out of that amp

that hour counter is flippin tits, now wait people are going to start rolling back the hours on their amps when they sell them.

too much distortion permanently? or just whilst it plays?
