i would have to physically sit down and mess with it man.
where your LPF filter is sitting, settings gains with -6db tones, HU settings have all made a difference for me. i dont know the first thing about your HU either.
Thats another thing... I really havent yet. I just posted a thread about setting with a MM. I think that might be my problem too. I am probably set WAY too low.
I've read around the net that the ZRS10's only put out around 1500RMS x1 @ 1.33ohms during real world tests... maybe that's why it compares to your BXi?
