Loud Siren?????

i just installed 2 piezo sirens back behind my air vents right above the radio and well....... i am kinda of disappointed. Thought they would be unbarable but i can sit in my car for quite some time, now don't get me wrong it is very annoying but "pain generator" doesn't quite fit the product. so my question is; were can i get a louder siren that will fit in my car's interior. figuring that the piezo is 115db i am looking for 140+(no joke) anybody gonna steal my stuff is going deaf in the process.

and one other thing, you guys know how the mini piezo sirens are entirely enclosed( no holes or opening) would it be possible to drill several small holes into the front of the siren(were it dips down in front) to make it louder?

you want a siren to be more then 17 times as loud as your current siren?

115 db-----> yours currently

121 db-----> 2x yours

127 dB-----> 4x yours

133 dB-----> 8x yours

139 dB-----> 16x yours

140 dB-----> 17.3x yours?????

that would be unwise

if you set off your car alarm by accident, your ear drums wil pop on contact, since this is a high pitch signal we're talking about

i forget who but someone sid the same thing about mine

its annoying but really dosnt phase me

i've got a piezo in the drivers vent and a 140 under the dash

i am just looking for something that WILL cause pain when it is going off. Not too familiar with db ratings but i do want loud.

oh its loud...you can feel the thumping in your ear...but if they're determined they can work though it

that siren might be ably to fit behind the dash in the same location as the piezo sirens.
