I have 12 piezos strategically placed inside my Explorer, along with a full-sized alarm siren behind the vented rear interior panel in the back, and of course the full-sized siren under the hood, along with horn honk (my horn is pretty loud). It's absolutely ridiculous, but after having all my stuff jacked two years ago, I went crazy with the security measures. I picked up a bunch of the interior piezos at Radio Shack. They were cheap and they get LOUD. Make sure and use relays.

LOL, no. But it is quite painful. I've never been inside of it when it goes off, but I have been in it when I accidently hit the arm or disarm button on the remote, and just the chirp will have you grabbing your ears and saying "Oh sh*t!". I'm confident that it would make a thief exit the vehicle immediately if it were going off, in addition to attracting more attention than a standard alarm siren.

Wow...once i get my exterior finished, i'm going to revisit this thread for alarm ideas.
