I just switched out my old alpine amp for a SAX 1200d and it was any easy install just pretty much unplugged the old and plugged in the new. It worked perfect at first but as I listened to music I played one song louder to see how my subs hit but not to loud and suddenly a hight pitched hissing noise started coming from the speakers. I checked the amp when I got back and it went into protect mode so I unplugged the power and ground and then plugged them back in and the protection light went away but the hissing noise was still there. All gains and settings were not touched at all and are at 0 or the lowest they can be. Does anyone know what may be causing this noise? I have a feeling it may be the subs wiring or a bad ground not really sure though. Thanks for the help
