Eh, you get what you pay for. I bought the $80 Cadence set off ebay over a year ago. They were loud on 150w but they did not last very long. I smoked two sets of tweeters. Cadence replaced them both times. I upgraded to a better component set and put the Cadences on the shelf.

I couldn't be happier with my Crystals. They get very loud and clear on 150w and have been going strong for quite some time now. I paid $165 shipped for them.

In summary, save for another few weeks and get something that will last while being loud.

Since they're just for the rear tailgate, just get some Pioneer REV coaxs and amp them with about 50-100wpc rms.
