Strong amps you have there, however some decent 15"s would have made better work out of all that power IMO. Ive heard many a 4 10" setups and wasnt impressed but not any type Xs. A friend of mine had 3 or 4 type X 12"s in a wall in his truck and it was loud as **** though, so im sure those 10"s get decently loud. Did you go with the 10"s for the wow factor as well?

We weren't hating... just telling you that your subs aren't going to put big numbers... If that was your goal, you should have went with a big monoblock or two and some type rs if you really want to have alpine products.

I am sorry. I just don't understand all the hate.

It was because you started a pretty random thread pretty much about nothing. In the future just try not to make threads like this that would simply go nowhere and think it through.

There definitely have been waaaay worse threads...but I'd just pick and choose a little better. Instead of this thread, for example, maybe a build log of the setup if you took pics of the setup being brought together etc...just a thought.

dude, i'm actually on your side. just that if I was putting money on this I'd put my money on the haters. by all means I'd love to see you stick it to the haters but I don't see that with your setup. also i've seen guys with either 2 12's or 2 15's wang more that what you're expecting. I just don't think you have the displacement to be as loud as you think you are.
