By any chance will any of those fit a 14 sierra 4.3 v6?
They will all physically fit on your engine, but I don't think any of the regulators will work with your stock plug. The only one that might is the US alternator 390. You can send me a picture of your plug if you want, and I can check if it is in fact compatible.

You can get new regulators in any of them though. Costs me $50 at the local shop. If you were serious about one of the alternators, I could have them go install the correct regulator for you for an extra $50

Got a stock (130 amp?) 4 pin GM alternator I'll add to the list too. It's good for filling a spot on a quad alt bracket if you don't have enough money to buy all 4 high output alternators at the moment.

$20 plus shipping for it. Just took it in to get tested along with the DC that the other shop didn't test. Both alts are working great!

thats probably an older 105a cs series? could be a 130a but i dont see them often. its not a large case is it? cant tell from the front
looks pre 00 though
Yeah, might be 105. I wasn't 100% sure.

It's a large case, but it has a huge pulley on it that makes it look smaller.

large case!? probably a 130a then ive never seen the older large cases that must be why im confused

actually nvm, ive seen the oldschool HO alts for sale that look like that.

if you want, try posting on GM full size forums, silveradosierra, and other offroading forums
I didn't think they would be interested in higher output alternators. Everyone on those forums doing sound systems has small stuff that doesn't require a HO alt.

*update*

I'm now using the 320 amp small case Singer on my uncle's 71 Firebird. Just got a pulley machined and mounted today. Just need to bend a piece of steel for the other side of the bracket. Mounted up great //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif

Just have the DC 300, Singer 370, US 390, and the old stock alt left.

a lot of guys with winches, inverters, and other crap (including systems) do go on those forums and do value a good HO alternator. nowhere near the extent here, but it only takes one to get a sale //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

i posted a link to your thread here a week ago or so on gmfs

True. I don't have any feedback there though. New sellers on forums throw up a red flag for me.

I'll think about it though. Might be worth joining a GM fullsize forum for when I do all the suspension work on my truck.
