lost power

so I re-did my whole setup re-wired ,built a new box and everything. Well now with my car on my alternator only charges at 13.9-14 when it use to charge at 14.6-14.8. Anyone know what this could be caused by? Went through all the wiring more than once and can't find anything. The only thing I can think of is the alternator is going out but i don't want that to be true or one of my grounds somewhere is bad. Any help would be great. setup is in sig.

When your engine is warm and the battery is fully charged, it usually will drop to a lower voltage to keep from overcharging your battery.

batteries only charge to 13.9 when car is on never seen voltage go down when car was warm in the past

Seems fine to me. Cars are supposed to drop without a load. After you introduce a load, the alt should kick back up to around 14.4V. If it is not kicking back up, then you might have a problem. Call your alt MFG.
