i gotta agree with scooby here.... i know millions smoke weed blah blah... but when i go out and look at the people i know who have good lives and are living well... i only know 2-3 people who smoke weed from time to time... the rest are all sober people.... and then when i think of the people i know who live like crap and have cruddy lives almost every one of themis on one drug or another or is living the life they are cause of past drug use...

cliff notes. - do drugs if you wanna be a **** up... stay sober if you want a good life...

i thought this thread was going to be about someone who died because of drugs, in which case i would have said sorry for your loss, but thats what happens and he got what he had coming...

but in the case of what the thread is actually in reference to, i will say this... too freakin bad, youre friend is a moron, and he got what he deserved. i hope they throw the book at him and he gets jail time. your friend broke the rules, now he gets punished. its not a "pity me"situation, its a "justice prevails" situation.

i hope your friend likes butt ***. not so much the giving, but the recieving.

why should someone go to prison for 10 years, because he wanted to be a loser? because someone decides to smoke a little weed, trip out a bit...he belongs in jail? what the **** is wrong with you people.

ive got no problem with the act of doing it, or anyone that wants to do it... but its against the law, dont act shocked when you get punished for doing so...

if they decide to make it legal, great. more power to them. but for the time being, its still illegal, and when someone gets arrested for it, it shouldnt be considered "losing another one to drugs", it should be called "my dumbass broke the law and got caught. now im being punished for what i did. i deserve this". and if you are going to argue the part about deserving it, these people know its illegal, and they still chose to do it. they know what they are doing, then it should be no shock or suprise when they are punished.

would it be fair for me to drive 120 mph through my neighborhood, and then complain about the punishment when i get caught? what if i said that the speed limit was nothing more than words on a sign? it was against the rules, i knew it, i got caught, i get punished.

its the way the system works. drugs are no different. just because its a plant does not make it exempt.

spider monkey: yea i am. why? because no one besides the OP know what the warrants are for? were they for a serious crime? or were they for something that has to do with marijuana or shrooms? since we dont know what they were for, i wont include them. there is a big difference between them. if he did some serious shit and it causes injury to others, then he can **** off. but if all this stems from a plant or fungi, then its all a bunch of BS
