i have been on here quite a bit in the last month though i must admit....

as being only 1 person, ican not make a difference...but i can voice my opinion to my representative and others who MIGHT try to help in changing laws

but still, its illegal currently, and even though you disagree with the law, doesnt mean it is invalid.

fight against the law for your cause, work towards making what you want legal. but in the mean time, understand the law and then chances you are taking. dont try to lighten it by refering to it as simple "plants and flowers". its still an illegal substance for the time being, no excuses.

anyone care to address the issue of why medical marijuana is legalized in *i think* 13 states now...yet patients are still being arrested?

so the people of california say legalize it...the feds say no.....what happens now? why should they get to tell what the people of california and the others states want? i thought this was a democracy?

the fact is it IS illegal. i can say that with 100% agreement with you.

i was side tracked by having like 90 arguments thrown at me. i kept getting farther and farther into another direction.

but as far as the bolded part...it not an excuse IMO. its a law that was made for a reason, and as such shouldn't be considered an "excuse" unless your willing to call all laws excuses
