drink alot of water and i mean more than it seems your body can handle, what this will do is make u piss like mad, i know it seems wierd but your body stores water supplies arround your ankles thighs hips and even stomach, by giving your body a constant and almost unneccasry amount of water, your body will start to flush the excess water out of your body because it thinks that it will have a constant water supply from now on. I did this and went from 200lbs at the end of my senior year in high school and i dropped about 30lbs in close to a month maybe a little more. also this diet means drink water and only water, avoid sugar drinks like soda, and crap like that just drink water all **** day. it really works about to do it again my self cause i let myself go since i got a desk job. LOL
