loosing power, wtf!!

subwoofer or amplifier seems to be loosing alot of power, maybe not even the amplifier. gains and everything turned up and it doesnt sound like 500 watts, which is what its suposed to be putting out.. hope this is more understandable.

could it be the rca wires? subwoofer wires to long or the wire gauge is wrong? bad fuse?

this is messed up... maybe this could be because i stuck the rcas into the rear out put in the deck? i tried playing only one sub of each... one sub kinda doesnt sound right and the other is pretty much fine..
