you could get a b5 audi a4. i have one and its treated me great so far. they have foldable rear seats, but i think you need to find one with the 2.8 motor in order to get leather seats. to get the center arm rest to open to the trunk you need to find one with the winter package which means heated seats, too!

oh and if you go audi, you definatly want quattro and the 99.5+ models got a facelift so they look the best.

9000 in upgrades to actually make that sc300 fast would be a better bet IMO.
