sorry if it caused any inconvenience, but there is a notice on top of the vid page stating the site doesn't claim ownership of any the content on the site. the reason the link is posted at the end of the vid is to help bring viewers to site when a video is direct linked. by the way, i no longer post vids that are uploaded without a owner linked to it.
