Look What Ups Brought Me Today 58lbs

what you dont understand is that unless the correct packing procedures are followed they will not grant you your insurance.. aka faulty packaging. Its like if you have a stereo in your car and you have insurance on anything that is bolted down in your car, but your gear isnt bolted down... you lose

So what is the insurance for through UPS then. Just when they want to choose and honor it?

I mean you put insurance on a package so if it gets ruined while they have it then they PAY!! thats it end of story.

Someone said well maybe they got it wet. Well i didnt ship it wet so is that my fault they got it wet causing it to fall apart? I dont think it is!

dude im on your side. ive been through their insurance and im just lettin you know... maybe you will get lucky and they will b on your side. More often then not they will say it isnt properly packed. They have insurance to make money, they are a company and they will screw people.
