My alltime favorite Alpine headunits are the 7863 and 7864. Ive always thought that the 7863 would look beter with blue buttons and that the 7864 would look better with green buttons. So I bought both units and made them how i liked. What do you think?

i think I like the 7864 better the way it came, but i like the 7863 better with the blue.

7863 is def. nice with the blues. If you got brighter LEDs, I think the other deck would look much better. Switching out the LEDs on those kinds of things are easy. I did a full light job on my XBOX a while back. Switching the LEDs on the power/eject button board was the easiest part. Now putting LEDs insid ethe conroller ports on the other hand, not so much.

Dude.....do you think if i send you my Pioneer 780mp, that you would be able change the glow from behind the main knob from blue to red???? name your price and we'll go from there.
