How does it compare to The 18Q you had? loudness , low end extension and upper range playing range? I may swap my Q for one of these if it live up the the hype

how it sound ? heard it has a hallow (sp?)sound

I had a 15 Q. But with this box I have, it is much much louder off of the same power. And I think my Q box was tuned a little higher than it was supposed to be. It hits really really hard on the low 30s and makes my truck flex. On the upper 40s and into the 50s, I can't see straight.

I don't know what you mean by hallow sound? Where it kind of sounds like an echo?

Btw this thing is going to cost me some back window work and I've only had it in since last thursday night.

Overall it kills the Q in any category as far as how many notes it can hit and how loud it is.

do you have a screw lose or some thing ?yeah putting a sub box and sub on a seat and not securing it that sounds really smart . i can see the headline now man decapitated buy sub during accident. and is that a batcap still in the box with wires going in the box ? You really want to kill your self don't you

Yep. My Q didn't hit above like 50. The box was supposedly tuned to 32 hz and it was 4 cubic feet.

I've been in a wreck with a box like that and I was completely fine, but the backseat is coming out soon anyways.

And yes, I know the battery is ratty as hell but it all works fine...
