alright well this past tuesday ups delievered my re se 12" then wednsday ups delieverd my directed audio 1500d. i built my 1.0 cu ft sealed box lastnight as well. here are some pics enjoy. for starters my box doesnt look that good as it was my first ever building one.

dam i thought se's were there entry level subs? those magnets look huge. arnt u gonna be overpowering them with a 1500d? and y didnt u port?

ill have to run the sub at 2ohms which the amp does 800wrms x 2ohms. i was told it would be alright, just set the gains correctly. im going to port it later on when i get my measurments to moe lester. ported will be somewhere along 2.5 u ft at 32hz i believe.

i did pre-drill, i only got 2 cracks through out the whole thing. i just didnt counter sink the screws.

then your drillbit was too small, or you screwed them in too far.

they honestly come alive when you port them.

I loved my SE, awesome sub for the price. I had a directed 1100D going to mine, and it loved it. I had it in sealed at first, and it sounded mehhhhhhh, but ported man it sounded great.
