I'll set the record. According to THIS thread, I've had my system for a total of

1 Year, 1 month and 1 week and 6 days....and counting.

Yea, Audiopipe haters, my ASPM-1500 has run my OA-15 at 2 ohms perfectly fine for this long. Sub sounds just as good as the day I bought it, no clipping, no NUFFIN...

...Seriously, can anybody beat my record?

luul. I think I'll claim my award now then //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

@dbeez, uJelly cuz I spent $450 1 time and have been fine since //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Hhahahahaha. I have a theory..

You guys want to get louder, because you started out with a decently loud setup. But because of the volumes you listened to, you started to loose hearing. But you didn't realize this, so you thought that it wasn't loud enough. So you went for moar, and then they weren't loud enough, so moar and moar and moar.

And thats why your 4 18's only sound as loud as your 2 15's you first used to rock...

lol, idk. 12 hour shift mayne, I'm lurking on here, overclockers forum, guild wars 2 forum, juss deal with it

I've been in the game to long to remember. But i'll take a guess at 2 12" R's and a 2400db. I've had the same r's and amp for 5 years and always end up putting the R's back in and selling whatever sub stage I had just bought.

The older I get the less I feel like upgrading every 3 months.

Good theory but I had 8 12's behind my seat in a giant sealed box 6+ years ago now I have 2 10's ported in a blazer but I'm 10db louder and its definately noticeably louder not just on the Mic.

My system turn-around time is about 8 months! I have yet to keep something over a year, except for my first system, but that was before I owned the car :p

Went 5 years with a Pioneer Premier Deh 690UB, stock interior speakers, Kicker ZX000.1, and a CVX 15" in a sealed box.

LOL.

In the last 5 months I have changed my stuff like 50 times now though. NO MO KICKA FO ME

Pioneer Avic-x90bt

JL 450/4

Vibe space 3d's

2 crossfire xsv2 15's

Powerbass 5k

2 years 10 months and some days.lol

Its easy to keep track because once my son was big enough to not need a stroller I went bigger

would be longer but somebody stole my eclipse AVN 62D would be closer to 4 years
