To the OP, sadomasochism is a personal choice, and all. Old ball and chain, and such. Marriage is one way to skip over those particular joys of youth and foolishness, and all that. Monogamy also cuts down on those difficult choices of blonde vs/ brunette vs/ redhead, I reckon. Good way to trim your friends-list, too.

Congrats man. I just recently got married back in December. We've been together for almost 6 years though. To answer one of your questions, the wedding reception was about $7400 and that included an open bar. I want to say we paid about $15k total for the reception, dress, tux, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and the other small odds and ends. Neither I nor my wife is religious by any means but her parents' church did the actual ceremony for free. Hopefully that's the last time for a while that I'll have to be in a church.

So don't know many people here but figured I'd announce after 4 years of dating my girlfriend, after our bed and breakfast weekend in Wisconsin we wen't on a horseback ride and walk by the river during a sunset and stopping in a Gazebo I popped the question to her and she said yes!
Being we're 20 this is a first for both of us so I guess I better get ready for some "bridezilla" like experiences.

i've been engaged to her for like 3 years but I'm gettin tired of that booty. always fartin and complianing about her other man. im tired of her always runnin her mouth and with that bad bref. thats why lately i been like f this im doin me. i been hangin wit this new one that dont say much. she let me hit whenver i want. her only desire is to be inflated to 15psi.
