lol weighted vest

like if i do a 100m sprint with the 80 lbs on and then take it off and run a mile, i'd be burnin through my atp energy with the weight but still workin on cardio and breathing with my normal weight for the mile. would this be a good workout technique?
imo your better off doing something shorter that 100m... its not good to do sprints that far with that much extra weight on your body

i was actually looking at one of these a while ago, was looking at it mainly to build legs

how much on average would one cost?

I already told you why bro. Cardio and explosive movements target two completly different types of muscle fibers. You train one at a time if you want good results.

Focus on the Big 3 (bench, squat, and deadlift) + powercleans, then once you get a good solid base (or if you have been lifting for a quite a while get your numbers up) then go to your speed training. If you insist on doing cardio everyday, I find its best to do it in the morning before you eat for 2 reasons. 1. It speeds up your metabolism for the whole day. 2. It gives you eneough time for recovery in the case that you do a weight liftin session later on. But however you go about it goodluck

bring lots of water and wear something you dont mind laying down in for a while... maybe teh hot chick walking around the track will come help you
i recall sprinting for a 1/2 mile full force to quit smoking, everything turned a greenish/red color and i passed out. what does this mean? is that what your talking about would happen? i never did figure out what happened to me lol

just wore it at work for 3 hrs, standing up cookin food at sonic on one of the busiest lunches of the year lol. my entire back/abs/neck/pecs and even triceps are sore as shit but i feel like the hulk after i took it off. pretty **** fun, just finished doing 10 reps of 10 pushups and my arms havn't felt sore like this since i started working out months ago...
