i've had this 40 lb thing on for 6 hours now and it feels good. I've been wearing it under a sweater and when i go places people look at me like im an unibomber, it's **** funny.

They are commonly used among fighters and firefighters to train with. For firefighters it helps them train for the heavy equipment and for fighters it helps with conditioning.

im dead serious... got used to running and jumping (also stadiums... deff. an awsome work out) with a 45 in each hand during this season so im trying to step it up a notch
