My only affiliation I ever had/have with steve is the fact that hes been in the hospital and I told him to help the company I would organize orders for him. I have also tried setting up a simple C-5 system for him. Does that make me biased on him... not really. I agree his customer service has sucked but I am noticing more and more how everyone who says this are kids, kids who have never purchased anything more then a E8 or a DC lvl3, giving them no legitimate say... that they are simply a poor attempt at being a keyboard commando.

whats crazy is now that i brought my prices down so far and it is expanding many people take issue with my pricing. Before it was to high now its to low. lol

1350w rms amplifiers for 175.00 shipped

1800w rms for 275 shipped and built by zenon and a very upgraded amps from zenon were amps that look alike cant do what they can? These have upgrade driver boards, choke filters, caps, fets, transformers. And i am selling them at much less price than anyone else.

We barely get any of our amplifier back since we upograde all the parts. Sold 350 d9 got back sell than 10 all together and that is with people abusing them in lanes, not using proper elctrical and only less than 10 peices back.

i am a free man i can go were i choose. You dont hurt me by personal insults nor anyone else.

I just came to set record straight and that is RD AUDIO sell BADD A*S products and yes i have been weak at customer service at points due to RD growing so fast and i see that and am and have made changes and were just now catching up and may take a little while longer to get everything right.

The 3250v2 thins sucks for everyone but is a problem with one batch of parts and has nothing to do with any other rd products. And i am doing everything i can in my power to correct the situation and move on from it.

ive told everyone that had a problem i am very sorry this happened and i will make it right.
