That's what I hear. I have never heard of any problems with them. Twisted said a few things about them failing, but people like to give them 4.5-5k when they are rated for 2 or 2.5kw iirc?
One guy may feed a level 4 2,000 watts with no trouble and the next guy might destroy his level 4 on rated power. Install and amplifier setting come into play big time. We all like to think that we're experts, but everyone's capable of a fuck up from time to time. Shit happens...
