how much power do you all think it can take? and do you think it's a SQ sub? a SPL sub or a SQL sub? what's the bast box for it?.......think-you

I had 3 mdx10s. Still have one...I use it as a reconing weight. Anyway, I ran 500rms to each. I liked them but I haven't heard them in years. Like since 2002. And back then I was only around name brands and had no real concept of good amps. lol.

It deffinetly is not an SQ sub from experiance though. My 3 10s got pretty loud

each 10" had .75 cube sealed.

I wouldn't compare them to anything I use anymore... They can get decently loud. But they certainly don't sound all that good. The glue joints are less than professional and the spiders are entirely too stiff for such a weak coil. Also they do not need that wide roll surround...they dont get anywhere near the reach of that.

I have a set of those and they sound bpretty good when you run good power to them and have a nice box
