Loaded 18 btl vs 2 HD3 15

(leaning toward 1 HD 3 15, and upgrading to 2 if want louder which I always do)

Its not fair. Just really looking for motivation to decide. Want loudest at say 40 hz, sustained on music, not some 60 hz burp.

And it should be that 2 15" will be louder than 1 18, with ideal boxes.

So lets say 1 BTL 15 loaded vs 1 HD3 15.

probably going to depend on how much you're giving it daily, pple r saying the HD3 likes it 2500 or under daily while the BTL loaded can take over 2500 daily easily...

bang for the buck though, it seems you can't go wrong either way, but it's really going to depend on how much power you're giving it...it seems like 2500 rms is the breaking point...

Given the power you have and the price of a loaded BTL I would go with the HD3.
