Load Help!: Clarion DPX1001.2 w/ 6 JL Audio Speakers

Hi,

Can I run this amp in 2 channel mode with 3 JL Audio MX770-CCX-CG-TB (75 Watt RMS 4ohm) connected in parallel (1.33 Ohm load total) for each channel? (6 speakers total - 3 per channel in parallel).

Based on the description below, the amp won't go into 1 ohm mode with the 1.33 ohm load, making each channel run at 1.33 ohms and 300Watts.

This amp is rated at the following: (are these peak power outputs or RMS?) I assume Peak.

"In the regular mode (loads of 4 ohm or 2 ohm stereo), the power output is 150 watts x2 into 4 ohms and 300 watts x 2 into 2 ohms. With a 1 ohm load, the power output will increase to 500 watts x 2. This feature will accommodate various system configurations. NOTE: Activation of the 1 ohm mode will occur when the output load is 1 ohm. The amplifier will shut down for 15 seconds and then turn back on in the 1 ohm mode. To reset this feature, the power connections must be disconnected for 30 seconds and then reconnected."
