It's actually Nick Nebel'nik in Russian. Nebel'nik mean "not white".

Wow, this is turning out to be a good resource.

Perhaps a mod would be willing to delete every irrelevant/unhelpful post (including this one) and keep 'em coming. That way it can be used by people who haven't been around long enough to get a feel for whom the particular specialists are...
